In anticipation of the Presidential Debate held on October 3rd, 2012, the Colorado Symphony partners with the Newman Center at University of Denver to present “American Fanfare“, a program featuring all-American composers. Claude Sim will be the violin soloist performing Samuel Barber’s Violin Concerto with the CSO.

On July 15-16, 2011, Claude will be playing first violin with the world-renowned Philadelphia Orchestra during their annual summer residency in Vail, Colorado. The program includes Ein Heldenleben by Richard Strauss, the perennial favorite Carmina Burana by Carl Orff, Beethoven Symphony No. 1, and Ravel’s Daphnis et Chloe.
